Katie Hanna grew up as a child actor in LA, where tiny backyards, smog, and traffic jams were her normal. It wasn’t until her family moved to Alabama that she was truly immersed in nature for the first time. Will classes be recorded if I can’t make it live? Yes. All gatherings will be recorded and a replay link will be provided within 24 hours. Recordings will be made available to you for as long as I have access to online tools that enable me to do so. Not everything is forever. If you’d like to download the recordings and store them on your personal devices, you can do that as well.
Will there be any homework or extra exercises? Yes. I always like to provide invitations to go deeper into the work we do together. While I offer these additional elements as support, they aren’t mandatory nor will they impact your participation in our live gatherings if you cannot make time for them.
